Ahhh Crapp... its been 2 weeks since i took the ear impression...after came from my ENT Doctor, the ringing reduce , but still bother me when in the bed when it is quite... i got a bit of migrane... do you think is it still safe to use IEM or we should use headphone?? do you still order your CIEM?
