Yeah I love the idea of just less cables at my desk for sure. Way more than I need in my office but essentially it’s the same price as 2 ghorns and a pre amp. I more didn’t wanna get anything until the winter when I renew my contract with work.

I’m so torn on getting the Ragnarok 2. A little part of me is like I wonder if they would do something with the gjallahorns into an integrated setup. Or is 2 ghorns and a Jotunheim or Kara better at a desk vs the Rag 2. I’ve been sitting with a buy now for an hour lol.

Bought one of these used and am really happy with it. I don't use HP all that much but it's nice when the kids or partner are playing something in the same room. Connected to my BF2/64 and Sennheiser/Drop 58x. I actually really liked it gaming especially as it is a real step up from my onboard...

Thanks for your input. I feel like the 58x is probably the way to go just because I’m not going to use the HP a whole lot over my speaker setup in the end. Just some evenings I wanna crank the volume a bit and can’t and having a nice set of HP would be good. But this is like 2-3 times a month...

Most of the time it's mixture of Rock (70-2000's mainly) Hans Zimmer sound tracks get steady play and classical.

Thanks this helped me solve the issue (I think!). Waiting for it to fully cycle it's power up and make a clicking noise then powering up my PC has had it detecting now constantly. I think I wasn't waiting long enough when I tried powering it up first before.

BF2/64 arrived and yet again it does not like my PC with USB. It won’t detect unless I unplug the USB cable (it’s a snake oil but I’ve tried a few). Anyone recommend a usb powered hub or just go with the Amazon one or star tech? Also I thought maybe to get a pci usb card instead. I’ve tried all...

Just got shipping notification from my order in late March.

I ordered another one last week of March and still waiting. So at just over 4 weeks now.

I am going to try my USB -C on my computer as I only have one so maybe it's not tied to the 11 USB-A ports I have on my motherboard. I've tried them all and the Bifrost's just all have the same behavior on each of them even after I disabled the energy management. The C port gave me no problem...
