That’s a homage to my first Front Page KZ review in July 2016. The first Front Page for KZ.

I'm just curious to know what cables and eartips that you rolled throughout your evaluation of the AS16 Pro.

I used the Hansound ZENTOO 4 wire in 4.4mm. I used the ISN SC4, S8, in 4.4mm. Ear-tips, I used some medium-bore long clear silicone and wide-bore silicone, that probably were my favorite. The wide-bore will expand the stage and there is still enough bass. Though, realize every player sounds different too. Where the WM1A was more direct sounding, the Shanling UA3 more relaxed and subdued, yet still authoritative. And finally the WM1Z which was actually fun with many of the cables, but maybe slightly too much (due to treble) with some files and cable unions.

Yup! 100% agree! I couldn't have done this review better myself! When I bought the first set (black) at their introductory price, I wasn't looking for a killer sound. I was just curious on what the new all-BA set from KZ would bring to the table today after all the backlash they had. But, WOW! Was that an about face with ATTENTION! Quickly, I jumped on the "cyan" ones just to compliment each other as a brother and sister pair.

Redemption!...Well done KZ!

This is currently the best All-BA set from KZ in my opinion. Suprisingly good. There are still some points that this item needs further improvement but its overall positive aspect trounces over its deficiencies.

I held off on these and missed the introductory discounts. But weakened when they came back in a flash sale. Looking forward to trying them out in a few weeks. What was really funny, was that the AE store I bought them from, had the original AS16 for twice the price.
