Best looking games thread
I agree this game is just beautiful. The art direction and the motion capture applied.. This was a PS4 game when it first came out. The way it starts out the story and carries the story was just so well done, but I did get tired of it later on since I'm going through the camps doing the same...- SilverEars

Docs like these are quite interesting. It's interesting to hear about how Japanese Luxury vehicle came about. It's interesting what analysis went in to figure out the market.- SilverEars

Low Pass freq for crossover for LSR305 for adding subs
I found the sound a bit too thick when I set to 80hz, and tried a youtube sound sweep, and notice significant energy starting around 50hz. So, I cut off my subs at 50hz.- SilverEars

That's something I read online on reddit. I read that the producers weren't all that familiar with the source material. This had me intrigued. They consistently say 'Attack on Titan' is the greater anime they've ever seen. I guess I will have to try to sit through it again to see if it hooks...- SilverEars

Am more of McTiernan fan over Harlin, but Harlin's action was still quite good back in the days. I'm intrigued, but I doubt Harlin still applies same film making styles of yester years. I would say Cliffhanger was my fav Harlin film. I just luv it, the way it looks, the characters, the...- SilverEars

WHO ARE THE BEST LOOKING PEOPLE ON EARTH?
Something else I've noticed with this film. The later on scenes (when the man is an adult) are done in blue hue, very cold, which after what happened to the gf. The coloring earlier on when he meets the girl, it's very warm toned with dreamy light bleeding on the film. I think it captures the...- SilverEars

Does Shogun get better than Ep. 1-2? Is it a slow develop? Ep. 1-2 was just so boring that I couldn't bear it. Why does it have such high ratings I wonder. Part of the issue for me is that the dialog isn't so straightforward for me. Not so easily coherent. I hate that dude's voice. Why his...- SilverEars

WHO ARE THE BEST LOOKING PEOPLE ON EARTH?
From this movie, Masami Nagasawa. Film was so well captured that makes the film very memorable. I imagine the coloring is intentional and a bit lacking in dynamic range, but it work for this movie, particularly the way the photography is done. It really does bring out the actresses/actors in...- SilverEars

You know what, that lab test matches what I'm hearing on the lows. I'm getting significant tones at 50hz withe 305. Surprised it goes down that low.- SilverEars

Yeah, I don't have the measurement equipment. Interesting that lab measurements extend that much further down. I'll play around with 80k to 100hz. I just put it on 80hz, and the tones sounds too meaty for my taste. Anybody know a good test track to test the tones to hear the qualities of the...- SilverEars
