The best tips I've found for sticking and sealing well are the Penon Liqueur. You also might consider Moondrop Spring tips

Just recieved yesterday and it's completely lived up to the hype for me and beyond!

I'd say the graph is a fair approximation of how I hear the treble. Tame and warmed over somewhat but things like cymbals still sound splashy and correct without any sibilance or harshness. It's perfect for me because I like that kind of rolled off treble. I think it has better extension than a...

Me right now 😇 I might be getting one or both for review as well. My guess is the S08 will be ~$50 to compete with other budget planar sets. At least going by naming conventions (S12 around $100 and S15 around $300) it makes sense.

I thought it might be too warm/dark since you prefer brighter, more treble focused stuff?

Timmy, I have to give you and Dunu huge props. Last night I needed to do some more testing for a review of the ZMF Caldera but I couldn't stop listening to the DaVinci. Sure it's not going to compare to a TOTL open back headphone but I found that I actually prefered the DaVinci. Iems are just...

I can attest that there is no sibilance in the DaVinci and I'm very sensitive to it.

I knew they'd be bassy but it's almost too much for me too. I'll be tip rolling in the coming days to see if I can tame it ever so slightly but I'm afraid to do too much. It's such good quality bass I don't mind it. If I can do it, anyone can! Tons of time spent putting my impressions into word...

I wholeheartedly agree! After a way too brief listening session I have to admit the DaVinci is everything I wanted it to be. I'd characterize it as tasteful bassy with smooth vocals and just the right amount of treble presence. It's my #1 iem of the year so far.

ivipq reached out to see if I wanted to review a cable and gave me a few choices. This one stuck out to me because it's a combination of fabric and a more traditional plastic. I ran it through my hands and it feels really nice and unique.

Ooo my favorite currently owned cable! I love it but it's definitely chonky. Haven't heard about the Clear in awhile! It's a great little budget set that flew mostly under the radar, but time moves on and there's been like 100 releases in the same price bracket since.

I have the Trio now and it is very fun! Definitely stacks up well against iems 10 times the price. I agree about the stock cable too. Just toss on a $20 ivipq or Xinhs and you're good to go.
