Has anyone had/heard the discrete and the premier and could comment on how they differ? Currently running the discrete+dual PSU + proisl USB and curious about upgrading just to the premier power base or upgrading the to the premier dac as well Thankyou

Thankyou. My unit has been upgraded earlier this year but I don't know how much extra or processing power it has. Do we know if it's possible to plug something like a Mac mini into the streamer network port on the k series and run HQ player from there rather than plug it in downstream?

Would anyone have experience with a k30 and using hqplayer to up sample to Dsd? Could you share how far you could push it?

Planning to check out any e180cc/7062 (no adaptors) or ecc40 with adaptors? From memory 70% of the gain of the 12at7 which will give you a bit more usable volume range

Any comments on how they are similar or differ? I had the la scala on demo for a while and loved it though found a smoking deal on the discrete a while later and ended up there.

Has anyone had ears on the msb discrete and LA scala in the same setting? Hard to find comparisons between these two.

Dumb question but the DX320 when connected to the pc isnt showing as a playback device (windows 11). From what Ive read the driver would auto install but nada. In usb file transfer mode I can access the sd card and in "no data transfer mode" I see three unknown items appear in device manager...
