Bandcamp is the most honest platform for that. I regularly buy just for support to some favourites even though I have Tidal subscription

@jon parker the mystery of auditory consciousness is no more no less than the mystery of consciousness in general. It is so interesting to me to observe our struggling with this ancient phenomenon here and be perplexed whether our IEMs or sources or cables are the factors responsible for...

'On the Phenomenology of Auditory Experience with Headphones and Earphones' by Jon Parker. This article I'd like to read sometime.

Yes. Though as I said I am not sure if this is because of the IEM itself or the DAC/AMP. But if the general opinion you summarize from multiple experiences tends towards a specific judgement then probably the IEMs are a decisive factor as well. I saw above that our friend @jon parker sells...

I interchange listening Enigma/Go Pod with NaLe/Nyx+. NaLe is wider, richer sounding with electronica. Enigma more controlled, focused. An impression that the cymbals are coming from the middle of my cranium while with NaLe they originated from the periphery. At its price NaLe is really...

I confirm also that more than other IEMs I have, Enigma are very picky with audio sources

With Go Pod and Black/Gold with Azlas the treble is very controlled. For example the next album has a sibilant tendency and is one I use for treble testing. Enigma handles it great with the above. https://tidal.com/album/174966107?u

As you remember that was my problem with my Enigma as well. This ameliorated with some burn in and I believe it is going to get better still. Also it seems to be a source sensitive issue as @mekap and others have suggested. Change in filters did not help much in my case.

That's my opinion on NaLe for the 200-300 margin. Unbeatable for anyone with a taste of this kind of signature at this price.

Since they are offering enough discount I am sure those will disappear soon. I am curious though why not any NaLe appear on eBay. Maybe to few items distributed and sold in the first place.

I am sure that you can definitely get opinions as to similar sounding IMR units to BC2023 in this thread. Though I never had own one, my impression was that BC was never a truly bass-head IEM. So if this is what you are curious about there are other items from this company around. Also there are...

They are fantastic on GoPod. Actually better than most of my other sources. Which tell me 2 things: That Ifi Go Pod is one hell of an audio device and that my other sources are mediocre. Hehe

And another note about NaLe bass. It does have that vibrating sensation of Enigma. I suspect the conduction motor in play here. As some similar technical gimmick with enigmas DD and it's shell. Enigma bass is bigger even.

First of all many thanks to @Headphoneprobs who sent them to me at a ridiculous price with an additional amazing thick 4threaded cable for practically peanuts. As I am grateful to @yaps66 before him who did the same with his Titans. It is so precious to have this community going. Now, NaLe...

You know guys, I do see some discrepancy here in the descriptions. I am more on the side of @rottoman I believe than @paggio as Enigma is concerned. A decisive factor must be, apart from objective sound production by the IEM, the psychoacoustics component. That is, differences in our respective...

As you probably know, wide bore tips that sit more distal into the auditory canal rather than deeply inserted narrow ones, have an effect on sound stage (sense of wide space). Also the source can be definitive factor. I am not sure about cables. I also confirm that Enigma does not recreate a...

Very nice music selection. Also thanks for the recommendations about sources. By the way, I remembered I also had a Fiio K3 usb DAC/AMP. Listening to it with Titan, it is not bad at all. Full bodied midrange, weighty with great imaging. I've also ordered a k17 to check out. I like that fact...
