I don't think ANC headphones is not about getting the absolute "best sound", it is all about getting significantly better sound in noisy environments. And no passive noise reduction is not nearly as good as active, from what I have heard so far.

Gotta give them another try, with this method :) Sounds like we have had very similar experiences with S&S tips, it felt completely wrong when I tried them. Not sure what happened, but tried a few times, and it just did not work at all.

I think many care about them, but there might not be anyone that has done the specific comparison you are asking about :)

@M3NTAL & @alchemical The logo is there, it's just at an angle where it is very hard to see, as exiftire401 also says. Quite happy with them so far, but I need more time with them, and do some real comparisons to my other sets, before I know how I really feel about them :)
