Never could I imagine during my first listen of This Is What The Edge Of Your Seat Was Made For as a teen that
a) they would become one of the world's biggest bands
b) they would sound like this
c) i would still be very into them in my mid 30's
really unique album, digging it a lot.

K712 Pro + The Cult - Love. I like more of their later "harder" stuff but Love is still enjoyable.

Land of Chameleons (2024) by Karfagen - I'm on Antony Kalugin's (the composer) mailing list so was pleasantly surprised when I found out he'd dropped his new album today - so I trotted over to bandcamp.com and bought the Digital Download (Deluxe) version for not a lot of money. You get eight extra tracks and four live tracks over the standard version which is on Qobuz - I buy all the Karfagen albums anyway, I just think he works ridiculously hard on his music so like to do my bit in supporting him. I'm not a huge fan of his vocals but most of the album is instrumental anyway. His albums are always stuffed full of intricate details so the HD800S was an automatic pick for tonight's prog extravaganza.

Waked up and found it reccomended by Tidal, love Karfagen. And as you say its always packed with good production and alot of detail, this is no exception. I agree with you his works with less vocal is better, but I also enjoy this.
