Which part was a mistake? Hopefully it was the guy that came on and said it wasn’t a decoder and not that they “mistakenly” marketed it as a decoder?

Because our Amazon team doesn't speak English and they just copied it from previous model listing. It was only posted as such on Amazon, our Product pages do not mention "Full decoder"

Yes, it supports 32/768.

On Windows, just run it in any software capable of such output and it will run fine with our drivers.
We use Foobar 2000 for such playback. (It runs 768 kHz even with basic Wasapi output)
