Received my protector sleeves a couple days ago as well. They definitely don't fit my ears as well as without the sleeves, but still very usable. I suspect over time I'll get used to them.

Probably depends on your ears, my ear using the sleeves works well.

I use Azla Sedna Short ss tips. Best sounding from my perspective.

or you can use t-apb which relieves pressure if that really works
