I am sorry, I thought I had responded to this, My bad.

The Gryphon uses the Qualcomm four-core QCC5100, and at the moment that is not possible, however, I did submit this to the folks at R&D and they were looking into it.

aptX Adaptive is a bit of a cluster####. Some devices support only 48 kHz at 420 kbps while others do 96 kHz and 860 kbps (all within the QCC 5100 family and all called aptX adaptive). I'm pretty sure aptX lossless is just another revision that goes up to 1200 kbps.

It's all confusing...
