Hey, I have a few questions but first the situation I'm in.

So I wanna buy the DT770 Pro 250 Ohms and I don't know which Preamp I should get for them. It should be relative portable so I can get it to my friend's and I want to produce music so it would be good if I can hear quiet samples too.
The audio chain would be something like this:
PC→Steinberg UR22C→Preamp→DT770 Pro 250 Ohm

I don't want to hear music with the DT770's on the go. I have bluetooth in-ears for that.

My budget would be around a maximum of 150€.

1. Is the audio chain realizable?

2. I have few preamps on my buying list:
Smsl sap2 pro
Smsl sa m3
sabaj pha2
jds Labs Atom
FX-Audio DAC-X6
Fiio E10K
Is there any good one on it?

3. Do you have any other tips?

Thank you for your help :)

JDS Atom would be a good choice I think relatively small and has all the power you need and is pretty neutral as well.

You say pre-amp, but I'm assuming you mean headphone amplifier or DAC/headphone amplifier.
The DT770 are not really the best choice for audio production, as they have a U shaped sound.
You want a boring headphone, for analyzing the audio (not enjoying the audio).
Sony MDR-V6 or MDR v7506 are better for audio production.
