aptX Adaptive / aptX Lossless USB Transmitters

In case anyone is looking for a better aptx adaptive dongle for the Momentum 4:

The Creative BT-W5 ended up developing skips and crackles when using with the PS5. I ended up buying the Ugreen CM668 which, by itself as less issues, but to really fix it, I had to use a USB-A to USB-C adaptor with it (to connect to the USB-C port on my PS5). Seems like this setup removes every skip and crackle in the sound.
On my PC, no port causes crackling, so it's weird.

The KB8P works ok, but the sound is noticeably worse than the alternatives. (I have a few songs where it goes into the lower frequencies, for some reason this dongle seems to cut them, or make them prominent).
The Avantree DG60P, at first glance sounds fine, but using this tool you can find some weird sound distortion.

Never bought the Sennheiser's official one since that doesn't work properly with the PS5 (it forces the headphones to have the mic always on, which makes the sound worse).

Wish I could use the BT-W5, it seems to me that a sound is, perhaps, a bit better than the Ugreen CM668, but it could be placebo.

Everything I've said here is about the low latency modes, the high quality modes are useless to me.

FMA120 is snapdragon sound certified so probably not going to get better than that. As well as there are almost no LE audio so if you get an old one you’re never gonna be able to use aptx lite

This one satisfies my needs so far,
Thanks, I'll try to snag one when its back in stock :)

Researching around, expensive broadcasting world. aptX-Live codec ~2ms latency. Haven't used myself, can be powered during use. Thinking of putting the TX on PC plugged into mobo with a short USBC cable plugged into mobo & the TX to power.

Bruh that's absurdly expensive. Anytime I see Sennheiser products it's just normal crap like dongles but with an Apple sized tax on it. https://www.cme-pro.com/a-sneak-peek-into-cme-iwa-technology-development/ These guys are making wireless low latency audio, they claim to have a 1ms latency prototype ready. Not really sure that the registration thing is anything more than a marketing gimmick, but you can register to show interest.

Here is the 2.4ghz system I bought which is pretty decent https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806450758266.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.main.37.1b2a5746JRqFyg&algo_pvid=5bbcf30b-1bc8-49b8-90b4-737cc8aac0c6&algo_exp_id=5bbcf30b-1bc8-49b8-90b4-737cc8aac0c6-18&pdp_npi=4@dis!USD!41.26!28.88!!!41.26!28.88!@2103094f17151452291513000e9493!12000037889067487!sea!US!0!AB&curPageLogUid=UchZUWZuNs7w&utparam-url=scene:search|query_from:

The stats seem kind of mediocre compared to my Creative SBP4 or even this pyle transmitter that is now $20. So I'll order the Pyle and see how that works and if it's better.

Transmit power.............................................................14DB

SNR..................................................................................67DB

Frequency Range...................................20HZ---14.5KHZ

Sampling Rate................................44.1Khz~96KHZ/24bit

Transmit Power: Max 18 dBm - Current Consumption: Receiver Specs: - Receiving Frequency: U Band - Sensitivity: <108dBm@12dB SINAD - Signal to Noise Ratio: <0.5% - Audio Output: 800mV-1.4V

Note this one is UHF and not 2.4ghz which is traditional wifi, bluetooth, and your microwave. One of the reviews said Verizon came to his house and told him to turn it off because he was messing up the cell service.

https://onlinetonegenerator.com/hearingtest.html At age almost 30 I cut out at 18khz which is perfect. And because Pyle is an established brand presumably their specs should be accurate.

I pre ordered the dongle. I think this will be a pretty good solution for low latency high quality audio.

I need a mic input also

I'm attempting to turn headphones and or IEMs into wireless headsets for gaming
Im also tryin to do the same.
Ive ordered this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006160041908.html
I'd want to pair it with FMA120 but its oos atm and im also from EU so idk how am i supposed to get it. So i'll have to get a bt-w5 instead until something better gets out.

Thanks, would you be able to recommend any actual BT dongles?
IMHO the best dongle today is Creative BT-W5.

Of the more budget-friendly devices, I really liked Ritmix RWA-359.
