Roon/Qobuz => Yggy GS2 => Vali 3 => GS3000x - Gerald Wilson was my Jazz Appreciation instructor somewhere in '72-'73 @ Cal State Northridge. He didn't grade on the curve. Everyone got A's. I remember that several times during the semester he would bring his recording buddies to class and they would play a concert. When he stopped teaching at CSUN, Leonard Feather took over the role. I didn't appreciate much of anything about the experience back in the day. Too bad. Would have been a tremendous opportunity to really learn from one of the all-time best.
