I ordered the Hifiman 602 from your site today, but I wasn't aware of the RE262 free promotion.  I'm located in Canada.  Does that mean that I will receive a free pair of RE262's with my Hifiman 602 when it arrives?

I don't quite get the "will be able to get" part. Will we have to do something to get them with the player or why does it say able?

No I didn't. The way Fang has worded it, sounds like we will get a voucher or something to get the RE262 for free, or they will just be shipped together. 
He also hasn't mentioned anything about having a choice of 'phones for international buyers.
