So which one will you prefer among them? We have been making headphones for some years and made some progress, but there's a lot we need to learn and understand from dear you. So please participate in our survey if you are interested in it, which will help us be better and provide you better products.

Cilindrical shape seems the most versatile for different shaped ears.
But i think most here would argue the shape needed for best sound quality is what matters the most. So, IF compatible with the sound, cilindrical shape is good. Otherwise, go for what is best suited to accomodate the internal components.

Well thats a tough question. I want the shape that is the best choice for the sound quality. Thats the biggest priority for me. If the form doesn't matter (like in All-BA) it should be as small/light as possible. In terms of comfort, one of my most favourite IEM are the Final E5000, A4000, the Sony IER-M9 and the FiiO FA9. So i would say derivates of CIEM or CIEM and bullet style.

But if the sound is excellent, i can accept if the comfort is not. The IER-Z1R has bad comfort and i still love it due to its sound. So for me its "Form follows function"

Most comfortable IEM I have is Massdrop x NuForce EDC definitely. You forget that you have them in ears...
But, generally speaking, I enjoy bullet style IEMs (E3000, Sony MH750, Sony MH1c, NICEHCK x49). I would love to see Fiio's own bullet style IEM. But before that I would love to see FF5 soon

a flatter "common football shape" to allow sleeping on the side .. maybe IE900/IE600 are the most "comfortable" IEM inside my earlobes.

I prefer the cylindrical style IEMs, have not tried the FiiO ones yet but the Dunu Zen Pro fits my ears the best, and I assume they are similar to FiiO in fit.

Football shape is really comfortable to me. IMR EDP has this exact shape and it fits like a glove.
